What we collect and why

  • Email: when you fill any form on the site (waitlist, newsletter). Used exclusively to send you product information, pre-order details and Klargut launch updates. Lawful basis: consent (Article 6.1.a GDPR), provided by submitting the form.
  • Source language: when you submit a form, we record the locale code (es/en/fr/de/it) so we can communicate in your language. Lawful basis: pre-contractual processing (Article 6.1.b GDPR).
  • Technical browsing data (IP, device, browser): collected by our hosting provider (Netlify) in server logs for security and service delivery purposes. Lawful basis: legitimate interest (Article 6.1.f GDPR). Retention: up to 30 days.
  • Web analytics data (pages visited, time on page, traffic source): only if you have accepted analytics cookies. Collected by Google Analytics 4. Lawful basis: consent.

Data retention

We keep your email while you remain subscribed to our communications. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email you receive, or by writing to [email protected]. Once you unsubscribe, we remove your email from active lists within 30 days.

Acceptance

Use of the klargut.com website implies acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Product status

Klargut is currently in pre-launch. The website serves only an informational purpose and to capture interested persons via the email form. No sales or charges are made through this site at this time. When pre-order opens (estimated June 2026), specific sales conditions will be published.

Right of withdrawal (when sales open)

When we begin processing orders, in accordance with EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU and Spanish RDL 1/2007), you will have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from receipt of the product. To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision at [email protected] before the deadline expires.

The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase, within a maximum of 14 days from receiving your communication. Return shipping costs are borne by the consumer.

Commercial communications

By providing your email, you consent to receive commercial communications related to Klargut (product launch, Low FODMAP diet news, educational content). You can unsubscribe at any time.

Intellectual property

All content on this site (text, images, logo, brand, design) is the property of the site operator or has been licensed for use. Any reproduction, distribution or modification without express authorisation is prohibited.

Limitation of liability

The content of guides and articles published in the Journal/Learn section is for informational purposes only and does not in any case replace consultation with a qualified healthcare professional. Klargut is not responsible for decisions made by users based on this content.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the Courts of Madrid, except where the consumer is domiciled in another locality, in which case the Courts of their domicile shall be competent.
