03·What's NOT in it

What you won't find.

The ingredients other shakes use that trigger symptoms in people with digestive sensitivities. Not here — that's the difference.

Inulin FOS (fructo-oligosaccharides) Chicory root Lactose Soy protein Polyols (sorbitol, mannitol) Gluten Artificial sweeteners
04·Method

How to prepare it. And why this.

Simple to prepare, rigorous in formulation.

01Preparation

One serving in cold water

Mix with cold water or Low FODMAP plant-based milk. Shake for 30 seconds. For a creamier texture, add ice and blend.

02When

A complement, not a replacement

Klargut is designed as a dietary complement. It doesn't replace a varied diet. If you want to take it more than once a day, check with your healthcare professional.

03Why

A Low FODMAP protein

If you've tried conventional proteins and got bloating, gas or discomfort, it was probably from inulin, FOS or lactose. Klargut has none of those.

05·Product FAQ

Tub-level questions.

The most concrete questions about formula and pre-order. For more, see the general FAQ.

Is it safe for SIBO or IBS?

Klargut is formulated following Low FODMAP diet criteria, one of the most-recommended interventions for SIBO and IBS. Every ingredient and dose is published so you or your healthcare professional can decide if it fits your case. If you're in active treatment, check with your doctor.

What's the difference vs Huel or other shakes?

Products like Huel typically contain inulin and other high-FODMAP ingredients that cause bloating in people with digestive sensitivities. Klargut is built specifically to avoid them. And we publish every ingredient with its dose — no proprietary blends.

Can I take it every day?

Yes, as a dietary complement. 14 servings per tub gives you margin for 3-4 servings a week through the month.
