Klargut was created by Álvaro Echeverría, diagnosed with SIBO in 2025. After failing to find a Low FODMAP protein made in Europe with no proprietary blends, he decided to build it himself with an EU manufacturer. Read the full story →

FODMAPs are fermentable carbohydrates that cause digestive symptoms in sensitive people. The Low FODMAP diet temporarily reduces those carbohydrates to ease symptoms like bloating, abdominal pain and gas. Read the full guide →
The Low FODMAP diet is one of the most recommended dietary interventions for SIBO. Klargut is formulated following those criteria, and we publish every ingredient with its exact dose so you or your healthcare professional can decide whether it fits your case.
If you have confirmed SIBO or are in active treatment, check with your doctor before adding any new supplement.
Klargut is built precisely for people with digestive sensitivities, including Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS). Every ingredient is selected against the Low FODMAP criteria.
Inulin is a fructan (oligosaccharide) classified as high-FODMAP. Many shakes add it as prebiotic fibre, but in people with IBS or SIBO it causes excessive fermentation, leading to bloating, gas and pain. Klargut contains no inulin and no other fructans.
